For caregivers
A little time that is only yours
Driving, waiting, lifting, remembering: the person beside the patient does a great deal.
Book a short seated session while someone you love is at an appointment, or a half hour lying down. You choose the pressure, light to medium. If you come together, two tables side by side let each of you rest at your own pace.

About sessions for caregivers
Can I book while someone I love is at an appointment?
Yes. Many caregivers book the same day. The quiet room is open before or after your visit, and a short seated session fits into most waits.
Do I need to ask a doctor first?
If you are unwell or have a health concern of your own, ask your doctor before you book. Otherwise, tell us about anything you would like us to avoid.
Can we come together?
Yes. Two tables side by side, 30 minutes each, with a pressure of your own for each of you.
Take half an hour for yourself.
Choose a length, and bring someone with you if you like.
