Your first visit, step by step

Nothing to prepare except a conversation with your care team.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Choose a length on the booking page. A short intake comes first and goes only to you and your therapist. We keep health details out of messages and emails.

  2. 02

    Step 2: When you arrive

Come a few minutes early and settle in the quiet room. Bring a blanket or cushion if it helps, and a note from your care team if you have one. Park in the lot behind the building; there is a ramp and a door without steps.

  3. 03

    Step 3: What to expect

We ask about pressure and any area to avoid, tell you how you will be covered, and step out while you get settled. Then light touch, at your pace, with a check-in every few minutes. You can stop at any time.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Afterward

Rest as long as you like. Drink some water. With your permission we send your care team a short note; otherwise nothing leaves the room. Book the next visit when you are ready.

Good to know

What to wear, what is covered, who to ask first

  • What to wear

Whatever is comfortable. For the lying-down sessions, undress only as far as you like; we work around whatever you keep on.

  • What is covered

A sheet or blanket the whole time, with only the part we are working on uncovered. Seated sessions are fully clothed.

  • Who to ask first

Your doctor or care team, before you book and when treatment changes. Tell us about any area to avoid.
